customers. Occupancy rate is (140/300)*100= 72%.
Average room rate: This is mainly related with the total revenue which in turn will
mainly determine the rooms which are occupied and sold rooms.
Double occupancy percentage: This is highly essential which is mainly related with
number of customers along with occupancy of rooms occupied. Example can be taken up of
double rooms which are 150 are mainly occupied and amount of guests are 400 and thus 130
rooms are present. It is measured as (400-130/150) *100= 43.91%.
