INTRODUCTIONIn present time, it is necessary to analyse all those aspects which are associated withroom division. There some useful things which is needed to be taken into consideration so thatguest can enjoy there journey in more pleasant manner. It is primary responsibilities of hostelstaff and managers to provide all vital requirements which is being demanded by customers atthe time of their checking. Under this project report, a manager is appointed for making properanalysis of all those issues which is being face by “Clientele Hotel”. However, role andresponsibilities of receptionist, front office departments are discuss under this report.Understanding of overall projects is analysed by examine legal and statuary laws which areapplicable in room division (Lientz and Rea, 2016). TASK 11.1: Concept of accommodation and front office servicesIt has been seen that in order to maintain their reputation, most hotel such as Clientelemake various modifications to gain maximum advantages over other. For this purpose they needto consider:Accommodation: It is known as all those room or places which is being offered by hoteldepartments to plenty of their guest so that to stay for longer duration with the hotel. Resolvingvarious issues through placing the concerns of others related with rooms, staff services and anyother one.Front office: According to Clientele hotel which is being situated in city of London. Thisis responsible for delivering wide range of services to guest those are visiting to this particularhotel. It includes:Housekeeping facilities and,ReservationsHousekeeping: It is said to be more effective work and organisation which is related withoperating a rooms and cleaning services or other respective areas. It would ensure that theywould provide more effective facilities and comfort to their customers (Bartlett and Beamish,2018). 3
