1.1 Analysing role and responsibility in E&T
Being a teacher or trainer I have affording dignity and respect for all the learners who are
involve in the learning process or supporting the individual need of group or learner in order to
promote the diversity and quality of experience. Also, it is important to being responsible for
challenging discriminatory behaviour and I planning or preparing for the lesson which are
important to delivering the lesson for the tutor (Abd-Elwahed and Al-Bahi, 2021). Trainer are
responsible for solving all the problem of students in order to help them for completing the task.
Along with this, I have provided all the resources which are related to the topic of discussion.
For example, as a planner, I plan and deliver the lesson by preparing and delivering the learning.
1.2 Aspect related to legislation, regulator requirement and codes of practice
The teachers always have to protect themselves in order to follow rule of code of practice
related well dressed, be on time etc. are the example for the students. Equality and diversity are
one of the important legislation which are linked with any institution. For any teacher and learner
it is importance to maintain equality and diversity act which are related to race, class,
background, nationalities, colour etc. Another act is related disability act which are important to
consider by the teacher because it helps the disable person in learning and facilities which are
need to be provided. The legislation includes Health and safety law, data protection act and
safeguarding that helps to protect the students from anything so that they can improve their
performance. Also, institute for Learning is also included in the codes of practice from
membership programs
1.3 Presenting relationships and boundaries b/w teaching role and other professional roles
Relationship: For the teacher it is necessary to avoid discrimination and stereotypes while
teachings because it felt by the students who are in the same class (Allen, Rowan and Singh,
2020). Also, to maintain the confidentiality of the information of the learner because sometimes
it can be realised that teacher are not sure about the students problem and treating them ignoring
while teaching. The relationship includes how to build a rapport and how to work effectively
with others like sharing and exchanging the information so that the relationship can be
maintained.
Boundary: In order to set the boundary for the professional roles it is necessary to stick on finite
grading time because it is easy to lose hours for school work. Also, it is important to day with as

the fresh start so that students will not remember about past consequences. University is already
complied with the laws and teacher need to know their limits in order to maintain the effective
outcome and deliver the plan.
1.4 Points of referral to meet the need of learner
The point of referral in order to meet the needs of learners are referral for disciplinary,
special education evaluation or counselling services. The head of the institution or teacher make
the disciplinary referral in order to maintains the decorum of the school or college also for the
special education it is necessary to use this referral for evidence and sample which are help to
clarify the eligibility of the student for how much result he or she gets in the exam (Brown,
2020). Further the last referral is related to the counselling services in order to motivate the
students for further parents as well as teachers are need the counselling services.
2.2 Role of initial and diagnostic assessment
In the diagnostic assessment it help to identify the specific learning needs and strength
also help to determine appropriate teaching and learning target in order to achieve them. This is
important because there are so many learner who have high level of skills in some areas. It helps
to give the experience and knowledge that are important for learning commerce. The initial
assessment are main focus on the subject on which students are not aware about it and they
thinks it is typical. In the diagnostic assessment the student will more focus on the weakness
related to one subject.
There is different method which are help in the initial and diagnostic assessment for
agreeing on individual learning goals with learner in such a way related to Test, interview,
student survey. For the initial assessment it is necessary to use the method of survey to all the
student in which subject they need more practice (Docherty-Skippen, Hansen and Engel, 2019).
After finalise the issue they need to be conduct common class for the students in order to help
them for completion of goal. Further, it has been analysed that there are diagnostic assessment
with the help of interviewing and test in which students are collected all the related topic.

2.1 Importance to meet the individual’s needs (learner)
It is necessary to identify and meet the individual need of learner because it helps to boost
the morale with the help of encouraging them. Also, at some time it has been seen that learner

doe not gain much from the mass instruction. When teacher provides individually are help to
prescribed instruction in order to help significantly to the learner for understanding grasp
educational concepts. Along with this, it is help for developing the talent in the individual for
help in increasing the skills and it needs to boost the planning classroom activities which are help
to plan the timetable for counselling, group interaction, individual tutoring etc.
The individual goal of the learner are related to get good marks and able to get placement in the
last semester. To complete the goal they need trainer or professional for collecting knowledge
also they need attend different types of mock test and interview session. Also, it is the another
goal of the learner to building new skills such as time management (Finelli and Froyd, 2019).
This skill are help to identify the personal learning goals which are related to knowledge,
behaviour or understanding that are help to satisfy own learning in context to specific subjects,
work habits, domains of learning and other combination of these.
TASK 3
Some of the essential scheme of work are related to date or number of lesson for
delineating each of the interval also the topic which are help to matter in the overall specific unit.
The lesson content with the brief or overview of planned lesson in order to breakdown into sub-
topics and there are some of the specific objects which are help in completing the task or project.
All the learning are also included in the scheme of accordance because it helps to collect the
knowledge as well as resources are help to make project easy such as learning module, books
which are help to understand about the project.
To design teaching and learning plan it is important to create the classroom which are
help to encourage interaction in order to motivate the students and ask all the individual to make
the plans accordingly (Matsumoto-Royo and Ramírez-Montoya, 2020). There are different type
of plans each persons has so that it is necessary to create all the plan by different colours, which
are help to understand clearly as well as for the curriculum requirement it is necessary to conduct
the program which are help the students to understand the specialised knowledge which are help
to prepare learners for the initial licenser.
3.3 Describing how own planning meet individual need
I give them the opportunity in order to progress in the individual learning by giving them
specific materials that are need to be used in the process. There is different planning which are

meet the individual need of the learners because for each of the learner it can be easy to use the
material. Along with this, there are all of them which are need to learn or achieve the goals.
There are different types of techniques which are help in the potential need for the learning in the
different categories such as social, cognitive, affective and psychomotor all these theories are
helps to use according to the learner's situation.
To meet the individual need of the learns it is necessary tos build pre tech vocabulary for
completing different types of concepts that are help to provide the reason that are help for
listening. Also, some of the mental activities which are need to be follow are involved in
listening that help the learners some of activities are mental note taking reviewing and
questioning which are provided for guiding on the basis of guides and worksheet (Morton,
2020). Being a teacher it is important to give the opportunity in the learning process for specific
material. Also, the planning are meet the need of an individual in order to achieve and learn the
goals.
There are some of the opportunities which are help the learner in order to provide
feedback for informing the inclusive practice. I would like use precise and clear language that are
not understand by the feedback because there are some of the problem which are need to
addressing while inclusive practices. Also, the feedback helps to clarify rather than confusing
about the key message with the help of using unambiguous language that are understand by the
student. Along with this, it helps to providing the basic knowledge of by promoting the learning
climate. Also, it can help to avoid embrace student diversity.

4.1 Importance to promote appropriate behaviour and respect
It is very important to promote appropriate behaviour for others because it helps to
maintain the class which are very mandatory to follow for learner and trainer. It helps to provide
satisfaction to the trainer with the help of appropriate behaviour for learning (Tosuncuoglu,
2018). Proper respect is given to the student are help to providing positive results which are help
to complete in the task. There are some of the common examples which are help to maintain the
respect such as good listener, over judgemental, treating everyone as the individual. There should
be equality maintain for respect each other where individual is learner or educator.

4.2 ways to promote equality and value diversity
There are different ways in which the trainer can promoting the equality and value
diversity such as by challenging negative attitude for the learner who are belong to different
caste, race, colour etc. Also, it is necessary to avoiding stereotypes in order to suing curriculum
resources with the help of different types of examples a resources. It should be mandatory for the
student to setting clear rules with regarding how people are treating each other. It is need to
promote small Champaign which are help to develop the knowledge for students as well as
trainer it helps to bring value diversity.
There are some of the strategies which are help for the inclusive learning environment in
order to examine the assumptions of the learner because it helps them to motivate others for
further nature. With the help of ground rules for the interaction are help in better understanding
for the students, it can be analysed that learner are more easily connect with the basic example
as compared to formal examples. The safe learning environment are free the threat of emotional
as well as psychological harm which are help the students for exploring the issues in context to
express their views by honesty.

5.1 effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches
There are many learning approaches which can be used by a teacher which include: Behaviouristic Approach: It is focused upon the behaviour of an individual and helps to
learn as well. This in turn also include the recognition, stimulus, multiple discrimination
etc. Social learning: It is also related to behaviouristic approach in which teacher may focus
on other instead of other’s behaviour (Urhahne and Wijnia, 2021).
 Cognitive approach: It is also focused on communication because it helps to reduce
misunderstanding among people and allow them to understand the information. Brain is
keep working under this in order to extract the information and meet the same.
 Experimental approach: A strong observation always assists to observe the learner and
with the help of experience, they can share the information.

the crucial point (Usanov and Qayumov, 2020). Also, teacher use own recording device that help
to review material which in turn assist to make their individual aware about the same. Also, the
quality of material as well as resources used by teachers need to be very good, otherwise it
affected the entire performance of the students. Moreover, it has been identified that being a
trainer I also uses different resources on the regular basis and this in turn assist to let students
identified what they need. Also, the ability to work remotely helps the students to reduce the load
and in this, computer is uses which help to create a better outcome. Also, handouts for the
regular basis is another resource that I used to make the students clear about the things.

5.4 inclusive teaching and learning approaches
The use of inclusive teaching helps to create a respect
among all students in order to ensure that all the students meet their
needs and preferences. This in turn assist to prevent the students
from barriers towards a learning (Coombs and et.al., 2021). Also,
during pandemic, most of the teachers start focusing upon
technology in order to ensure that they prefer the best ways to make
their individual effective. Apart from this, the learning approach also
assist to let the people understand about the ways of learning.
5.5 ways to promote equality and

perform well (Forinash, Perkins and Whitten, 2021). For example, if a student is visual
impaired, then there is a need to make adjustment while teaching. In this case, there is a need
to increase the text size that helps to visualise the data and make the learning environment
better as well. Apart from this, some of them faces issue with regard to hearing and to solve
the same, there is a need to use another format which is transcript or notes that helps to let
other understand about the topic.
5.7 Communicating with learners
There is a need to communicate with students in an effective manner and
while speaking with learning professionals, teachers need to use proper professional
language that avoid slangs. Further, communicate with students clearly assist to meet
the expectation and also encourage best practice by rewarding success and they
should also accept positive as well as negative feedback in order to make them aware
about the same (Shapovalov and Sushko, 2021). Also, it can be stated that ground
rules and regulation must be set in order to let the students understand about
themselves.

6.1 purposes and types of assessment Formative assessment: The main purpose of this assessment is to give a direction about
what teacher and learner need to do further during a teaching. This help to understand
whether the learner learn about the thing or not.
 Summative assessment: It assists to assess the extent through which it help to meet the
outcome and also the effectiveness also entails that it create a long term base as well.
Through this, students can easily learn knowledge and skills.
6.2 effectiveness of assessment methods
Summative assessment method perform internally and regularly that determine whether
teacher perform their work effectively. So, it gives an opportunity to determine the correct
concepts as well. However, diagnostic assessment increases the engagement about learner and
determine their faster progression that assist to determine their learning path. On the critically
side, it has been identified that it does not waste the time and resources (Maass and et.al., 2019).
Thus, it can be stated that teachers are more concerned with regard to achievement and for that
test should be perform to determine the performance of a learner.

6.3 Types and methods of assessment
Peer assessment always assist students to grade each
other task and they take a responsibility against the set criteria.
Also, to meet the internal and external requirement, there is a
need to take feedback which shows the performance of students.
Apart from this, self-assessment always help to determine own
performance and it critically evaluate the progress and skill
development. Hence, the method assessment has to be valid
measure which assist to examine whether the objectives are met
or not. Thus, it can be stated that assessment assist to provide a
valid, reliable and sufficient data against the set objectives.

be included in the specific area. So, an effective communication

questions. It can be perform mostly in open ended that helps to
synthesize the information and also analyse the ideas by
drawing a valid conclusion (Almog, Chasidim and Mark,
2018). On the other side, feedback helps to determine the
negative and positive views from others and this can be
improved by making effective plan as well. This in turn causes
positive outcome in order to ascertain the performance.
6.5 Outcome of assessment to meet internal and external requirement
For recording the outcome, there is a need to comply with internal as well as external
assessment specification which can be recorded by using an appropriate documentation. It has
been analysed that the learner also involved entire planning process so that assessor can
provide constructive feedback and then discuss target as well (Chen, 2019). However, during
recording, it can be analysed that assessor need to judge entire evidence against the set criteria
that helps to make the assessor to meet the defined aim as well.

7.1 minimum core elements
Literacy is the main ability that help to read and write about a teaching process with
regard to specific information so that it will assist to write the information with regard to
assessment. It is clearly show that literacy is all about demonstrated in planning, delivering as
well as assessing the teaching. Another core element is Numeracy which is dal with number of
ways like a team perform in a week, the task performed in a defined time or not. Next is ICT
which is considered a common way for 21st century (Rogers, 2019). Here, both teacher and
students perform online and it create virtual learning environment effectively that assist to
generate a better outcome. However, handouts and resources are also used that helps to met the
defined aim.

8.1 effectiveness of own practice
Planning: In terms of planning I might felt that being trainer it is important to feel strong
by creating an effective scheme for the work in order to account need of all the learner. These
include all type of structured interview with the learner so that it helps to develop instructional
rating survey which help to develop more knowledge also it is necessary to using another
technique such as exam and test, instructional materials and content analysis also it includes with
review with classroom records (Whyte, 2019).
Delivering: In the perspective of delivering, I make sure that I uses enough sources for
make the students learnable and gain the knowledge as well. Also, it has been identified that such
resources are enough helpful to meet the defined aim in order to create a better outcome.
Assessing: This has been identified that through assessing own practice, I am able to
perform the work and analyse the weakness and strength of the students. Thus, it helps me to
improve the overall performance and also, trainer should more focus on the learner for getting
the better outcomes from the behaviour of the teacher in the classroom process which are help to
promoting better outcomes from the learner.

8.2 identify areas for improvement
Planning: The area of improvement related to the planning the need of the student and
make the module according to their need. It helps to build the more knowledge for planning
further and there are different types of other techniques such as survey with the students to know
about the inclusive practice of the learner.
delivering: In order to meet the delivering aspect, trainer need to improve the areas that
include communication so that the students can easily understand about their own requirement.
The feedback given by the students are help in further knowledge as well as it helps to create the
data accordingly.
Assessing: In order to assess the things properly, trainer always help determine the need of
the trainee so that the trainer can improve the performance. Also, individual's knowledge is more
help by providing opportunities to the students as well as it helps to develop own experience and
perspective.
