Project summary
Yes Chemist is the group of the independent Pharmacies which is expanding their
business in Australia. The company is provided health as well as beauty needs of
the customers related to the Pharmaceutical operations. The store is maintaining a
larger stock of the products at competitive prices. Due to operational weakness of
the company and lack of technical solutions, the business is required to improve its
Pharmaceutical operations. It is decided that they should replace its existing
accounting, inventory as well as HR management system by SAP S/4HANA for SAP
Business All-in-One. In order to strengthen its sales, services as well as marketing
modules, the company has implemented core on premise SAP Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) solution.
