This assignment is based on Purple Mail Company (PMC) this is large scale enterprisein courier services in United Kingdom. The same organisation is going through the problem ofadministrative, management and leadership in their workings and facing loss from last manyyears. This project consider correct certification toward selection and recruitment process andalso include effect of legal, regulative and philosophy thought in this process. Apart from this,the same report represents the capacities and skills required for management and leadershipprocess.
