manner. This assignment is based on Purple Mail Company (PMC) this is large scale enterprise
in courier services in United Kingdom. The same organisation is going through the problem of
administrative, management and leadership in their workings and facing loss from last many
years. This project consider correct certification toward selection and recruitment process and
also include effect of legal, regulative and philosophy thought in this process. Apart from this,
the same report represents the capacities and skills required for management and leadership
process.

to day activities. In this company employees are working under pressure so firm need some

for employees according to their requirement and modification in current situation. It also help
leader and manager in developing personnel skill, working formulation and knowledge to
achieve several situation easily (Dorjgotov and Chi, 2014). All the above stated approaches help
in achieving goals and objective of Purple Mail Company.
