INTRODUCTIONSeveral approaches and strategies are used by managerial person to run businesssmoothly. Present study is focused on understanding of leadership and team work approaches.For better understanding of these concepts, Virgin Media has been considered in this report.Study includes description of selection procedure, motivational practices and importance of teammanagement. This description is supported by suitable theories to assist management in practicalapplication of these approaches in their business organization. TASK 11.1 Documentation to select and recruit a new staffSales marketing plays a significant role in the advertising of product. To achieve thisobjective, Virgin Media requires a person to enhance its sales with the help of promotion in themarketing; this in turn will meet the goals of company (Wilkinson, 2014). Every person relatedto sales activities such as training manager, field sales manager, supervisor, etc. is required toachieve standard targets in proper manner:Job descriptionJob Title: Store ManagerDepartment: MarketingResponsibilities: Engaging in promotion of Virgin Media in the local market of London,coordinating with the sales team to meet the objectives, enhancing the talent of everyindividual, hiring and recruiting person for sales team according to the requirement ofhuman resources and reporting the higher authority of sales department (DuBrin, 2012).
